Oozing with visitors and brides & grooms- to-be who came to meet the wedding experts gathered under one roof, the fifth season of “Our Wedding Carnival”, owned and organized by Red Square, took place at Fairmont Heliopolis & Towers hotel on 17th of February. 150 exhibitors from different corners of the world put to display their experience, innovations and latest trends in the wedding extravaganza as OWC5 showcased some of the best talents in the wedding scene
Later in the evening, OWC5’s catwalk hosted the talents of nine aspiring Egyptian designers, who displayed their wedding dresses designs in Paper. Mohamed Abdel Hamid followed with his make-up exposition affirming his mastery in creating the perfect look of the models.
From Syria, Ayman Lahmouni Haute Couture took the stage to display passionately haute-coutured wedding gowns; followed by the princess Wedding Gowns of Tiara Bridal boutique. To compliment the look, Kriss introduced his latest Fringe hairstyles creating endless beauty.
Joining OWC extravaganza Stefania Gulina inaugurated her new line SG Haute Couture, showcasing a variety of pretty designs and excellent patterns. And for the first time in the Middle East, Luminarc hit the stage with plates’ fashion show to introduce their new logo and launched ‘feel creative’ theme.
The ambience was sparked with joy and excitement with Ahmed Essam’s fireworks, and the first time in the exhibition “Mahmoud El Esseily” Live performance! Not to mention the wonderful music by the Saxphonist Ramy Samy and the English Singer Juleen Evans.
The event was transformed into a real carnival by the talented Lydia Shohdy and Dina Faltas from Zeena Events, who meticulously attended to all the details to create an unforgettable experience for visitors and exhibitors alike.
Sherif Ashraf, Managing Director of Red Square and organizer of OWC, said: “We have been building on the successes of Our Wedding Carnival year after year; and as we celebrate OWC5, we are proud to host over 150 exhibitors from Egypt and abroad, which only proves that OWC is truly Egypt’s number one wedding destination”.
