5 steps to a glowing skin

 

 

You might think that expensive beauty products will give you the beautiful skin you want, right? WRONG. It takes more than creams to get healthy, glowing skin. These quick- fixes don’t work. What you put in your body is what counts.

Follow these steps and you will be on the right track to having flawless, radiant skin:

Step 1

Your mom was right when she told you to eat your broccoli. Eat lots of veggies and fruits; they have high water content, vitamins and antioxidants that fight off free radicals that damage your skin.

Step 2

It’s tea time!! Have at least 2 cups of green tea in a day. That will help clean your body of all those nasty toxins. Also go for at least 8 glasses of water everyday to flush out toxins, stay healthy and replenish your skin.

Step 3

Munch!Munch!Munch! Roasted nuts are loaded with vitamin E and will give your skin a healthy glow.

Step4

Do yourself a favor and DON’T SMOKE

Step 5

You want to look younger than your age?  Forget the tan. Excessive sun exposure can cause your skin to age prematurely, so stay out of the sunlight during its peak hours from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm. If you have to venture out when the sun is at its peak, wear a broad- brimmed hat and a long sleeved shirt.

Home-made Beauty tips to make it glow:

 

1- Mix some brown sugar and milk … apply to face and leave on overnight. It will leave your skin really smooth.

2- To have a nice smooth skin, get an avocado and rub it on your face. Leave it on for 10-15. Then wash off with cold water.

 

3- Boil 8 cups of water. Put in 2 table spoons of dark organic honey. Slices of Cucumber and 2 tea bags of green tea. Let sit over night in a container, then wash with a face cloth to feel refreshed. Excellent beauty tip and facial mask for complicated skin.

 

 

4-To glow your face you can keep fresh tamarind paste on your face4-

 

5-Drink a lot of water and get a good-night sleep

 

Glow it up with make-up

You can make your skin glow with the appropriate makeup products. It’s essential to apply a moisturizer or a hydrating face cream every morning no matter your skin type or age.

–          Choose a sheer liquid foundation and apply it onto a cleansed and well-moisturized face. If you want to make your foundation flawless-looking and to make it stay put on for longer consider applying a makeup primer before the foundation. The aim of a primer is to prepare the skin for the makeup application, to pamper the skin and creating a protective base for longer- lasting, natural looking foundation.

Consider applying a light-reflecting face powder if your skin is absolutely clear; free of pimples, scars, blackheads, whiteheads, brown spots and other skin imperfections. Apply the powder with a big, round powder brush over the entire face or only to the cheeks.

Use a blush in pink or peachy shade as these shades suit almost everyone and look more natural. Apply the blusher with a blush brush and build the color gradually. Use a powder blush as it last longer than a cream or gel blush. Choose brighter shades as they will make your skin glow and will freshen your skin.

Lipsticks or lip glosses in brighter shades will also make your skin glow. First outline your lips with a nude lip pencil or with a natural-toned lip liner and use a lipstick brush to apply the color evenly. Remove the excess with a tissue and then apply a second layer for a more saturated lip color and for a longer-lasting lipstick color.
