Fond of romanticism, yet can’t have enough of pop art? AAVVA released their SS18 collection where pop art meets romanticism as you have a remix of ‘La Vie en Rose’! La Vie en Rose highlights how women’s dress code has changed dramatically to bring about powerful feminism and free form that suit current day women.
Known for their cultural mixing, AAVVA’s La Vie En Rose Remix collection, said to be inspired by French singer Edith Piaf. The collection featured 60 looks depicting facets of street wear tuned into high-end fashion wear.
The exclusive show was attended by society’s prominent figures, who enjoyed seeing the fantasy pieces designed by Ahmad Ammar and Vincenzo Visciglia, combining exquisite unique feel of pop art and romantic music.
AAVVA Mixing the Opposites
The creative designers created some dazzling pieces through mixing the opposites. The exquisite designs are bringing together energy and softness, color and subtleness, fit and flare. AAVVA’s creative pieces featured an elaborate mix of shimmering organza, chiffons, and tulles in a fashion show that displayed a perfect mix of the new with the classic, reviving the remix of the golden hit number.
“This collection is full of art and passion. We are beyond excited to do our very own first fashion show at our headquarters in Dubai Design District with such an amazing collection,” Ahmad Ammar and Vincenzo Visciglia, said.
Long Way to Powerful Present
AAVVA has been through a very long challenging journey, from a humble start to a dazzling fashion show, where they collaborated with shoe brand Pamela Koueik and Jewelry brand DearN to create looks that can, forever, stand out in the memories.
