Fans of French gastronomy were invited to the 4th annual event of the globally recognized ‘Apéritif à la française’ at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort. Organized by Sopexa _the specialized beverage and food marketing firm, over 4,500 fans were treated at to some exquisite French delicacies at the showcase..

Guests had the chance to try a group of authentic foods from leading exporters, including goat cheese by Soignon; dairy products from Brittany-based specialist Payson Breton; gourmet recipes by Maille the mustard & vinegar expert; and milk products by Régilait. Several mouth-watering food stations offered French specialties like oysters, cheese platters, a BBQ and cold cuts all paired with a selection of grape and French hops. And for fans with a sweet tooth, French Bakery and La Patisserie des Reves had prepared traditional pastries, including macarons, crêpe suzette and mille-feuille.

The event also had the newly opened Maisons du Monde on hand to showcase the latest designs coming out of France.
