On the occasion of the festive seasons, Ramses Hilton held a cooking session by Executive Chef Dimitrios that took place at the hotel’s newly renovated ‘Opia Lounge & Bar’.
Chef Dimitrios enjoyed sharing his cooking passion with the elite ladies as he tought them to prepare and cook a Christmas complete set menu fit for the session.
The menu included various dishes starting with Grilled Calamari with almond tarama, then the traditional Christmas Beef fillet with pepperoni and green peas as a main course ended by Chocolate Bouche de Noel as dessert.
The event included a skillful prepared lunch, in which all attending ladies enjoyed the delicious plates.
