A traveler cook born in Brussels, molded in Paris and inspired by India, Philippe Laloux epitomizes creative and refined cuisine, laced with an array of flavours, influenced by his travels across the globe. Since the mid 90s, he has been teaching the fine art of cooking in Quebec and India while managing his own catering service. He also published several cookbooks and became a regular guest on various talk shows, discussing his delectable recipes and travel inspirations.
Other than cooking, Laloux expresses his creativity in many other ways including composing—having produced two albums in 2002—and photography, the latter being evident in his choice of shots for his latest book, Le Bonheur de Cuire.
