Mo Bistro celebrated the official grand opening of Mohandseen flagship store. The event was hosted by Mr. Mohamed Abdel Hak, the owner and creator of one of Cairo’s former trendiest locations, Cafe Mo. A pioneering concept, Mo Bistro brings a twist on upscale casual dining guaranteed to make your experience memorable.
Mo Bistro hosted a private event and celebrated with friends, family, socialites and media personalities. Guests were served teaser items from the main courses to get a taste of Mo Bistro’s exceptional menu and cuisine. They relished in Mo Bistro’s distinctive Beef Tournedos with caramelized onions, glazed chicken, wasabi and beetroot salads on the restaurant’s ground floor. After dinner, guests were then invited to Mo Bistro’s ‘Dine & Shisha’ located on the second floor of the restaurant; a pleasant surprise that was met with a lot of positive feedback from guests.

Mo Bistro is the first to introduce the exciting new concept of slow cooking with the Sous-Vide method, allowing meat to gently cook for a range of eight to ten hours. Of those dishes is the Flank steak, which is one of Mo Bistro’s most distinctive main courses, guaranteed to make an impression.
