The Cairo Marriott Hotel, which is part of the Marriot International Hotel based in Bethesda, Maryland & USA; has hosted the crowning event of Miss Egypt 2017 in their palatial Aida Ballroom. This comes as a part of Marriott’s support for initiatives that aim to promote Egypt as a beautiful touristic destination.
The Miss Egypt competition had top 10 contestants, who were presented to judges in an amazing event. The event was organized by Hoda Aboud, Director of Event4U.
Miss World 2016 – One of Miss Egypt Judges
The event judges included Miss Universe 2016, Iris Mittenaere, who was the second French woman to win the Miss World title. The Cairo Marriot Hotel’s Marketing Manager accompanied Mittenaere in an exclusive tour of the Palace where she was very intrigued by the historical facts of the amazing Palace standing in front of a treasured historical artifact; the world’s first Arabic numerical clock located in Eugenie Salon.
